Q1. How to return or exchange?
After receiving the goods, if there is a mistake, defect, size of the situation occurs, we are happy to provide you with 7 days of return service
Please log in to the order form and fill out the return request.
Each order only provides one return service, the exchange only provides a size replacement, can not change the color size, in order to avoid disputes, please accept the goods before returning.
Please refer to the product size description before placing an order so that the return rate will not be too high , you will not be able to enjoy various discounts.
The connected products are overseas purchasing agents and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you want to apply for a return in the outlying islands, please send it back by yourself.
How to return or exchange:
※The return can be applied online when the "delivery status" of the system is "Picked" or "Arrived".
1. The next day after receiving the product is counted as the 7-day appreciation period, log in to the order → find the order number you want to return→ click "View" → "Apply for Return" → at the bottom of the order
Click on the returned product and the reason for return→ fill in the return data (the driver's pickup address must be provided correctly) → fill in the refund information
(1) If you pay by credit card.It will be refunded directly to the credit card account."Refund Method" and click Other。
(2) For LINE PAY, transfer and remittance, and supermarket pick-up payment, the bank name and account number are required for refund
CTBC BANK will be free of transfer fee, while if it's not CTBC BANK will deduct an inter-bank transfer fee of NT$.15
→ complete the return application by clicking "Submit Return Application" after filling in the application, and the subsequent progress will be notified to you using the "Communication" of the order.
※If you need to apply for an exchange, you need to confirm the size of the exchange and leave a message at the "Communication Office" of the order.
Please attach a photo of the defective product and a description of the reason, and a car will be sent to collect the returned product after receiving it
2. Please properly pack the goods to be returned and exchanged, the details of the shipping list (if there are accessories and gifts, please send them back together) and the outer packaging is marked with the words "TATA" to facilitate the driver's identification
Do not only use the transparent inner bag of the product itself, if the original packaging of the product is damaged and can no longer be sold, it may affect your return rights or bear additional costs.
3. The returned goods will be picked up by HCT Logistics, and it is expected to pick up the goods at the receiving address in 2~3 (excluding holidays) after dispatching
If you have not received contact from the driver to pick up the parcel for more than 3 days, please send a message or call us to inform us.
4. Please keep the pickup receipt as proof of return and exchange. Be sure to confirm that the returned goods are TATA and then hand them over to HCT Logistics for collection
If you return non-TATA goods, you will need to bear the round-trip shipping fee, please pay more attention to avoid affecting your rights and interests.
5. After the product is received and accepted, the return money will be converted into shopping money within one week, and the account used for the order will be deposited into your account or refunded.
Credit card payments will be refunded, and the return amount of less than NT$.1200 will be deducted from the refund. To apply for a refund, please provide your own refund account (China Trust is preferred) and complete the refund within 15 days after receiving the returned goods.
※ If the refund account is not a CTBC Bank . transfer fee of NT$.15 will be deducted.
6. If it is confirmed that the goods cannot be returned or the non-TATA goods are returned, they will be sent back to you by cash on delivery, if they cannot be contacted, the return will be cancelled, and the returned goods will only be kept for one month (calculated from the date of return) and the overdue goods will be scrapped directly. Shopping credits cannot be refunded, please take care to avoid affecting your rights.
Return package packaging rules: Please pack and seal the shipped goods properly to avoid damage during delivery. Please do not send the product directly in the transparent packaging (shoe box, transparent bag, wrapping carton, etc.)) of the product, and if the original packaging of the product is damaged and cannot be sold, it cannot be returned.
Q2. When it is not possible to return a product?
The following circumstances will not be able to process your return, please pay attention to avoid affecting your return rights.
1. Based on the postmark/date of receipt on the bag/, the return application cannot be accepted if the return application is not completed within the 7-day return service period.
2. Abnormal try-on, has been worn for a long time and worn out, has used creases or dirt or smell, can not be returned.
3. Based on the principle of hygiene, intimate clothing such as underwear, underwear, socks, accessories, swimwear, cosmetics, etc., cannot be returned once opened.
4. Send the goods back by yourself without contacting TATA customer service.
5. Clothes contaminated with powder makeup and perfume smell, the product has been washed in the water, and the product has been modified cannot be returned.
6. The tag is removed and cut off or the accessories of the product are incomplete (the product must be returned to all the original packaging accessories, otherwise the return will not be accepted)
7. The event giveaway cannot be returned if it cannot be returned.
8. Returned goods cannot be returned due to incomplete packaging or damage caused by human factors.
9. The connected products are overseas purchasing agents, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q4. What is Shopping Credit??
The e-mail account you use to log in to TATA is equivalent to a virtual account (please make sure that the e-mail address is correct when entering). If you request a return, the return amount will be credited to your store credit. After you receive an email notification that your return has been processed, please log in to the TATA website and go to the Member Center to → to check the confirmation of the completion of the credit. In the future, you can use the discount for all purchases made at TATA, and there is no expiration date.
Q5. When will I be able to check the amount of money I have returned??
After receiving it, confirm whether the goods are correct and the accessories are complete, and then transfer it to the accounting staff to confirm and agree to refund the purchase money to your store (it takes about 8~10 working days from the time you complete the delivery to the conversion to the purchase money), and a notification letter will be sent to you after the stored value is completed; You can check the relevant refund balance at the member center, and the refund will be completed and notified within 15 days after the refund account is provided.
