Subject: Important Holiday Shipping and Customer Service Notice

Dear TATA Members,

Please be advised that due to increased shipping volume during the Chinese New Year holiday, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible to ensure delivery before the holiday. Please review the following important information:

  • January 17th (Friday): Last shipping day for outlying islands.
  • January 20th (Monday): Last shipping day for convenience store pick-up.
    • Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM on January 19th. Orders placed after this time will be shipped after the holiday.
    • Please ensure that you can pick up your packages from your selected convenience store within the designated time frame during the holiday. Uncollected packages will result in the removal of convenience store cash-on-delivery services from your account.
  • January 22nd (Wednesday): Last shipping day for home delivery.
  • Return requests: Deadline for return requests is January 16th. Requests submitted after this date will be processed after the holiday, starting February 3rd (Monday).
  • January 25th (Saturday) - February 2nd (Sunday): Customer service and shipping will be suspended.
    • For after-sales service inquiries, please leave a message in the "Communication Area" section of your order on the official website. We will respond as soon as possible after resuming operations on February 3rd (Monday).
  • February 3rd (Monday): Message replies and normal shipping operations will resume.
